### Project 1: Multifunctional Commercial Space In 2025, I am embarking on an exciting project to acquire and develop a commercial space, transforming it into a multi-functional business hub. Here’s a breakdown of the vision for this project:

- Office Space: Up to 10 offices will be available for professionals to collaborate and work in a dynamic, modern environment.

- Small Gym: I plan to create a gym using equipment from my home, offering fitness facilities to all building tenants.

- Multi-Use Sports Court: The space will include a court suitable for volleyball, basketball, and even badminton, creating an active community hub where business and sports intersect.

The vision continues beyond providing business offices and fitness amenities. I aim to contribute to local food production by creating a dedicated space for my microgreen growing business. This facility will adhere to FDA standards and focus on sustainable, local farming. ### Phase 2: Medical and Hotel ComplexThe next phase includes building a sports medical facility alongside a hotel/motel complex. This will provide accommodations for guests and athletes using the sports facility, with added amenities like:

Glenview Mastermind didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a restless curiosity — years of exploring what technology could do for real people, long before AI became a buzzword. Andy Babala, CPP, spent more than 20 years at the intersection of security leadership, business systems, and community building, watching too many entrepreneurs get left behind by tools they didn't understand.
