Supporting the Local Economy

This commercial hub will also house a media and video production studio. I’ll be using this space to continue producing my

Project 2: Land Acquisition & Large-Scale Development
The second major initiative for 2026 is the acquisition and development of a 300-acre property in Wisconsin, not too far from Chicago. This development will consist of multiple phases and I am starting efforts to find suitable land and partners for this initiative.
Phase 1: RV Park & Sports Facility
The first phase will focus on:

✅ Building a sports facility, housed in a large warehouse with at least ten fields.
This facility will cater to volleyball, my passion, and other sports. The goal is to create a destination for sports clubs to hold practices, camps, and tournaments.

The next phase includes building a sports medical facility alongside a hotel/motel complex. This will provide accommodations for guests and athletes using the sports facility, with added amenities like:

Phase 3: Single-Family Home Development
Further down the line, I plan to build 150-300 single-family homes on the property. These homes will be:

2025 Business Vision & Key Projects
Project 1: Multifunctional Commercial Space In 2025
I am embarking on an exciting project to acquire and develop a commercial space, transforming it into a multi-functional business hub. Here’s a breakdown of the vision for this project:
- Office Space: Up to 10 offices will be available for professionals to collaborate and work in a dynamic, modern environment.
- Small Gym: I plan to create a gym using equipment from my home, offering fitness facilities to all building tenants.
- Multi-Use Sports Court: The space will include a court suitable for volleyball, basketball, and even badminton, creating an active community hub where business and sports intersect.
Supporting the Local Economy
The vision continues beyond providing business offices and fitness amenities. I aim to contribute to local food production by creating a dedicated space for my microgreen growing business. This facility will adhere to FDA standards and focus on sustainable, local farming.
My plan is to:
- Apply for grants to support the local farming initiative.
- Deliver fresh, high-quality microgreens to the local community.
Media & Marketing Production Space
This commercial hub will also house a media and video production studio. I’ll be using this space to continue producing my
YouTube show and support other local businesses by offering:
- Custom video production services for marketing purposes.
- A creative environment where businesses can develop high-quality marketing content to expand their reach.
Collaboration Opportunities for Local Investors & Real Estate Agents
I’m looking to collaborate with local real estate agents and investors. I'd love to connect if you know of a commercial space needing upgrades or repairs that could fit this project. My goal is to retrofit a space that can serve the business community, the fitness community, and beyond.
Project 2: Land Acquisition & Large-Scale Development
The second major initiative in 2025 is the acquisition and development of a 300-acre property in Wisconsin, not too far from Chicago. This development will consist of multiple phases and I am starting efforts to find suitable land and partners for this initiative.
Phase 1:
RV Park & Sports FacilityThe first phase will focus on:- Developing an RV park to attract visitors and outdoor enthusiasts.- Building a sports facility, housed in a large warehouse with at least ten fields. This facility will cater to volleyball, my passion, and other sports. The goal is to create a destination for sports clubs to hold practices, camps, and tournaments.
Phase 2:
Medical and Hotel ComplexThe next phase includes building a sports medical facility alongside a hotel/motel complex. This will provide accommodations for guests and athletes using the sports facility, with added amenities like:- A full kitchen and bar for networking.- Comfortable lodging options for visitors.- Collaboration with biotech companies to offer innovative health services.
Phase 3:
Single-Family Home DevelopmentFurther down the line, I plan to build 100 single-family homes on the property. These homes will be:- Available as rentals or vacation properties for families looking for a peaceful retreat.- Integrated into the overall development, creating a balanced blend of residential and commercial spaces.### Future Vision: A Destination DevelopmentIf these initial phases go well, I intend to expand the project into a more significant destination space akin to Disney Springs, with:- Restaurants and entertainment spaces.- A potential living area that will attract people of all ages, making it more than just a retirement community but a vibrant living space.
