Guidelines for Speakers

We understand the importance of your time and the value you bring, so we’ve outlined some key details below to ensure your experience with us is smooth, productive, and impactful. These guidelines are designed to help you prepare and deliver a presentation that resonates deeply with our audience, fostering meaningful engagement and leaving a lasting impression.

  • 1. Initial Contact & Confirmation

    • Invitation: The official invitation email to a zoom session will be sent to you, along with further details on how to prepare so the video and audio is professional.

    • Follow-up interview/ Pre-Webinar Briefing:

The next step is a follow-up interview, where we will further discuss and finalize the series of topics, date, time, and audience profile to ensure everything is aligned with your participation.

    2. Content Preparation

    • Topic Alignment: Ensure your content aligns with the agreed topic and resonates with our audience’s interests. Please avoid overly technical jargon unless it is specifically requested.

    • Presentation Submission: If you plan to use any materials (PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), submit them at least 3 days before the recording session. This allows time for review and any necessary adjustments.

    • Engagement Strategy: Plan interactive elements, such as polls, Q&A sessions, or live demonstrations, to keep the audience engaged.

    3. Technical Setup

    • Equipment: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection, a high-quality microphone, and a camera. A quiet, professional environment is recommended.

    • Platform Familiarization: Familiarize yourself with our platform (e.g. Obv.io, Zoom). If needed, we can provide a brief training session during the test run.

    • Test Run: A technical test run will be scheduled as part of the follow-up process. This allows us to troubleshoot any potential issues with your setup well in advance, ensuring everything runs smoothly during the interview or show.

    4. Webinar Day or YT Show Recording

    • Arrival Time: Log in 30 minutes before the session starts for final checks and a quick run-through of the session flow.

    • Presentation: Deliver your presentation as planned, keeping within the allotted time. Our moderator will assist with managing Q&A sessions and audience interaction.

    • Audience Interaction: Engage with the audience during the Q&A segment. We encourage you to be responsive and clear in your communication.

    5. Post-Webinar or YT Show Recording

    • Feedback: After the session, we will share participant feedback and engagement metrics. We value your input on how we can improve future sessions.

    • Recording: The session will be recorded, and we will share the recording with you for your records or promotional use.

    • Follow-Up: We encourage you to connect with participants through our follow-up email, which will include your contact information and any additional resources you wish to share.
