We also encourage you to reflect on and share your insights around our standard set of questions:
What are your goals for this year?
How are you helping or serving others with your knowledge and skills?
What drives you to do what you do?
What is your vision for the next decade?
Additionally, we explore themes of abundance versus scarcity, authenticity, and cultivating the right mindset, particularly within the contexts of sports, entrepreneurship, and challenging corporate roles.

Speaker Invitation Form
1. Initial Contact & Confirmation
Invitation: The official invitation email to select good time on the calendar for the zoom session will be sent to you, along with further details on how to prepare so the video and audio is clear.
Follow-up interview/ Pre-Webinar Briefing:
The next step is a short interview, where we will further discuss and finalize the series of topics, date, time, and audience profile to ensure everything is aligned with your participation. We will also do test of the recording platform with intention to record a short teaser to serve as an announcement of the future recording.
Topic Alignment: Ensure your content aligns with the agreed topic and resonates with our audience’s interests. Please avoid overly technical jargon unless it is specifically requested. Andy does enough of that.
Presentation Submission: If you plan to use any materials (PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), submit them at least 3 days before the recording session. This allows time for review and any necessary adjustments.
Engagement Strategy: Captivating storytelling is what we aim to teach under some of the Glenview Mastermind programs. Please share your story of mindset changes and some of the limiting beliefs you might have had at some point in your life.
Equipment: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection, a high-quality microphone, and a camera. A quiet, professional environment is recommended.
Platform Familiarization: We will provide a brief training session during the test run.
Test Run: A technical test run will conducted during the initial conversation. This allows us to troubleshoot any potential issues with your setup well in advance, ensuring everything runs smoothly during the interview or show.
Arrival Time: Log in about 5 minutes before the session starts for final checks and a quick run-through of the session flow.
Presentation: Deliver your presentation as planned, keeping within the allotted time. Our moderator will assist with managing Q&A sessions and audience interaction.
Audience Interaction: Engage with the audience during the Q&A segment (for live shows only). We encourage you to be responsive and clear in your communication.
Feedback: After the session, we will share participant feedback and engagement metrics. We value your input on how we can improve future sessions.
Recording: The session will be recorded, and we will share the recording with you for your records or promotional use.
Follow-Up: We encourage you to connect with participants through our follow-up email, which will include your contact information and any additional resources you wish to share.
